This rich sausage is called cervelas in the French-speaking part of
Switzerland, cervelat in the German-speaking part and servelat
in the Italian-speaking part. They all derive from cerebrum,
the Latin word for brain, of which afficianados of this wurst surely
have plenty. There's no weird parts in this tasty sausage, just
pork, bacon and fresh herbs and vegetables. 1.25 pounds vacuum packed for freshness.
